Small Changes vs. Resolutions

It’s January, resolution season. The time of year when we set big goals in hopes that this year will be better than last. However, most of those resolutions usually fail and it’s not because of a lack of willpower or self-control. It’s because resolutions are the end goal and they often don’t focus on the steps that need to be taken to get there.

 

And remember, a few small steps can lead to big changes.
