Tara on San Diego’s News 6 – Health Benefits of Nuts

Tara Coleman, San Diego Clinical Nutritionist discusses the recent Harvard study that tracked 119,000 men and women over 30 years and found that eating nuts regularly makes you 20% less likely to die early. Heart disease dropped 29% and the risk of dying of cancer fell 11% for people who ate nuts at least 7 times per week.

And remember, a few small steps can lead to big changes.
