It’s October, which means pumpkins are everywhere. Typically we focus on the outside of the pumpkin, whether it’s carving a jack-o’-lantern or roasting a pumpkin for dinner. But did you know that one of the most nutritious parts of the pumpkin is on the inside? It’s the pumpkin seed. Pumpkin seeds are one of the only alkaline-forming seeds, and in our world of very acidic diets, that’s a really good thing.
And remember, a few small steps can lead to big changes.
