Plan For Your Hunger – Don’t React To Your Hunger


You’re going to get hungry.  Every day.  Over and over again.  I promise!  So let’s acknowledge this and come up with a plan.  Each week I want you to take a few minutes and think about your schedule for the upcoming week.  What do you have planned?  Where are you going to be? And most importantly, what are you going to eat.

Once you have this thought out run into the grocery store and pick up some food for the week.  I promise, this simple step will be the difference between you snacking on some delicious food between meetings and finding yourself cranky, starving and in the drive-thru!
