Clean Out Your Pantry!


A clean, nutritious diet starts with a clean pantry!  Today I want you to take 15 minutes and get rid of the old and make room for the new.  Make sure to get rid of everything that is expired or that has been sitting in there for more than 6 months (seriously, you’re not going to eat it!).

I certainly don’t want you to waste good food so if you have extra canned goods or non perishable items that you know you just wont eat visit to find a local food bank.  If you have a lot of old expired food you can visit to find a composting site near you.

Now that you have a clean slate you can restock with delicious and nutritious food!
