“When I first went to see Tara I was recovering from so many years of dieting that I felt like I didn’t know how to eat like a “normal person,” which is what I told Tara. I wanted to lose weight, but more than that, I wanted to feel like I didn’t have to be afraid of food anymore, that I understood it and knew how to feed myself healthfully.
I signed up for a 3 month plan. Tara more than exceeded my expectations. She listened to me about my likes and dislikes, specific and hectic schedule, and my hopes and fears.
