Going Forward
Well, I've finished my two weeks of blogging my meals! I had a great response and, although I won't be logging my food on-line everyday, I will be updating it a few times a week. I will be focusing on different eating situations and how I recommend handling them.
This weekend I'm running the Disneyland Half Marathon! I'm going to focus on my pre- and during race meals. I will also be updating my blog with different recipes and tips during the week. So check back often and feel free to e-mail me with any questions that I can answer!
