Daily Wrap-up

My carbs today were a little low but that is mainly due to the fact that the majority of them were from vegetables. Although dense in nutrients, vegetables are relatively low in calories (which is a good thing!) so percentage-wise they don't have as much impact. I listened to my body and gave it the colors and types of food that it was craving today. Thanks bod!
