Aug 27 2007

For dinner I had a Lean Cuisine with whole wheat penne pasta and vegetables. Again, a not-too-perishable meal that you can keep around in case of emergency. I'm going to the grocery store in the morning I swear!
Score! I had an apple and some cashew butter in the refrigerator at work. A great combo of carbs and protein.
A can of tuna is on that list of not-too-perishable things. Luckily I had one can left so I was able to had a sandwich for lunch. The carrots were on their last legs but they were natural and delicious and added some healthy carbs and vitamins to my lunch.
Well, no more trips or fancy weddings so I'm back to my old boring ways. I also haven't gone grocery shopping so my selection is limited. But I have some leftover Kashi from my trip and I stole a banana from one of my roommates (thanks guys!).
