Tara received a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology with a concentration in Biotechnology from James Madison University. After graduation she spent six years in the bio-pharmaceutical industry where she tested pharmaceutical grade therapies undergoing approval by the FDA. During this time she noticed that the deterioration of American health was largely being caused by environment, lifestyle, and improper nutrition. She decided to shift her focus from disease treatment to disease prevention with a focus on nutrition. In order to do so, Tara built upon her undergrad by returning to school and completing a Clinical Nutritionist program. This program focused on how to individualize food and supplement health programs for specific needs.
